About B&S
Founded in 1981 by Billy Baca. Billy, known to insiders as "Mr. Bill" is an industry authority on the design and application of thru tubing and cased hole retrieval tools. Billy began his life in the oilfield in at the ripe old age of sixteen. By eighteen, Billy was a rig supervisor for Koon Oilwell Service. Billy then spent the next ten years as a rig supervisor for K&S Oil Service before assuming the role of fishing tool super at K&S as well as nine years at TLC Rental. In 1981, Billy decided to take his natural problem solving abilities and years of fishing tool application experience to the Texas oilfields, and he has not looked back. Over the past twenty five years Billy and B & S Fishing and Rental Tools, Incorporated has supplied the Texas oilfields with superior quality tools and consulting experience that are second to none.
B & S is routinely called on by major corporations such as Apache Corp, Hilcorp Energy, and Venoco Inc., because after twenty eight years of working with Mr. Bill and B & S, they know they can trust the type of service and knowledge B & S Fishing and Rental Tools will deliver.
